The Wheeler Band program includes the award-winning Wildcat Pride Marching Band, three concert ensemble classes (Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble), Color Guard, Drumline, Percussion Ensemble, and Jazz Band along with opportunities to perform on the WHS Full Orchestra and Theatre Bands. The Band directors, Band Booster Club, parents and volunteers are dedicated to providing our students with positive, meaningful, and memorable experiences.

Existing Wheeler Band Families will need to Update their information for the 2025-2026 to reach the Registration screen. ALL students involved in Wheeler Bands (Marching, Color Guard, Class Bands) MUST Register each year.

The concert band will rehearse after school on Wednesday, 3:45pm – 5:30pm.

 

Drivers should budget for student pack-up time after the 5:30pm end time.

Leadership Training Dates and Information
Fall Bonus Sessions: Mondays - 11/17, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15
Spring Sessions: Information coming soon
 
These sessions will train students who are interested in serving in leadership roles on how to be effective leaders. Through the sessions and interviews in the spring, we will determine next season's leadership for marching band.
 
Times: Fall - Everyone 3:45-5PM, Drum Major Sessions 5-6PM

How do I join the Band?

2025-26 registration is LIVE now.
 
All Band Students (Marching and/or Class Band) as well as Color Guard need to register. Registration involves a $100 deposit and selection of a payment plan.
