The Wheeler Band program includes the award-winning Wildcat Pride Marching Band, three concert ensemble classes (Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble), Color Guard, Drumline, Percussion Ensemble, and Jazz Band along with opportunities to perform on the WHS Full Orchestra and Theatre Bands. The Band directors, Band Booster Club, parents and volunteers are dedicated to providing our students with positive, meaningful, and memorable experiences.

If you already have a login with a different organization that uses Membership Toolkit, use that same email and password here.

Existing Wheeler Band Families will need to Update their information for the 2025-2026 to reach the Registration screen. ALL students involved in Wheeler Bands (Marching, Color Guard, Class Bands) MUST Register each year.

Class Band Concert Moved to Wed, Oct 22

Class Band Concert Moved to Wed, Oct 22

The class band's small ensemble and chamber concert has been moved to 7PM-9PM on Wednesday, October 22, so it doesn't conflict with Diwali.  All class band student will perform.

For the concert, students need to wear concert black, which is more than just wearing black. Examples of proper concert attire:

  • Long-sleeve button down dress shirt.
  • Formal black dress shoes (closed toe).
  • Black dress pants.
  • Black dress/skirt - these need to be mid-calf when standing and below the knee when seated.
  • Black dress socks or non-see through tights.

UPCOMING FUNDRAISER - CHARLESTON WRAP

Families asked for sales-based fundraisers, and we have a good one!

Our families and friends will be able to shop online, 10/15 - 11/14. Each student may register to receive a unique participant shopping link that can be shared with friends, family, social media etc. More information will be shared next week.
