The Wheeler Band program includes the award-winning Wildcat Pride Marching Band, three concert ensemble classes (Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble), Color Guard, Drumline, Percussion Ensemble, and Jazz Band along with opportunities to perform on the WHS Full Orchestra and Theatre Bands. The Band directors, Band Booster Club, parents and volunteers are dedicated to providing our students with positive, meaningful, and memorable experiences.

Existing Wheeler Band Families will need to Update their information for the 2025-2026 to reach the Registration screen. ALL students involved in Wheeler Bands (Marching, Color Guard, Class Bands) MUST Register each year.

Congratulations!! Honor Band/Allstate Band Round 1 audition results

 

 

Congratulations to our students that have been selected to perform in one the 2026 District 12 Honor Bands and our alternates! We are extremely proud of the hard work put in by all of our students that auditioned this weekend.

Honor band will take place February 5-7 (Thurs.-Sat.) at North Cobb High School. If your student's name is on this list please make sure to keep those days open on your calendar. Alternates will be called on should a spot come open for their instrument.

 

Those with an asterisk by their name have advanced to the second round audition for the all-state level. This audition will take place at Union Grove High School on January 10th.
Be on the lookout for more information regarding the second round and the honor band event itself.

How do I join the Band?

2025-26 registration is LIVE now.
 
All Band Students (Marching and/or Class Band) as well as Color Guard need to register. Registration involves a $100 deposit and selection of a payment plan.
