Pre-LGPE Concert 3/13 - Concert Band

The Wheeler Band program includes the award-winning Wildcat Pride Marching Band, three concert ensemble classes (Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble), Color Guard, Drumline, Percussion Ensemble, and Jazz Band along with opportunities to perform on the WHS Full Orchestra and Theatre Bands. The Band directors, Band Booster Club, parents and volunteers are dedicated to providing our students with positive, meaningful, and memorable experiences.

 

If you already have a login with a different organization that uses Membership Toolkit, use that same email and password here. 

 

Existing Wheeler Band Families will need to Update their information for the 2025-2026 to reach the Registration screen. ALL students involved in Wheeler Bands (Marching, Color Guard, Class Bands) MUST Register each year.

Friday September 5, 2025 at 6:00PM!

Come catch up with your fellow Alumni, enjoy light appetizers, and see the 2025 Wildcat Pride perform pregame and halftime! And - Join us in the stands if you’d like. We can’t wait to see you!

CFA Biscuits sale - Tuesdays & Fridays!

 

Biscuits are back, same price, same location - now on Tuesday and Fridays! You can support the Wheeler Band Program by purchasing a Chick-fil-A biscuit in the Front Lobby or the PAC for $5.

  • Free marching band show on Wednesday, Oct 15 after the homecoming parade. All are welcome!
  • The last football game has been moved from Fri, Oct 31 to Thurs, Oct 30.
  • The Thurs, Oct 30 practice has been moved to Fri, Oct 31, but it will end early (5:45).

How do I join the Band?

2025-26 registration is LIVE now.
 
All Band Students (Marching and/or Class Band) as well as Color Guard need to register. Registration involves a $100 deposit and selection of a payment plan.
