Wheeler Bands Registration is OPEN!

ACTION ITEM: All students who plan to participate in the 2025-2026 Wheeler Band Program (Marching Band, Class Band, Color Guard), including Rising 9th graders, MUST register by May 21, 2025.  

1. To Register, go to www.wheelerbands.org. Sign into the system (Membership Toolkit) and create or update your Family/Student Profile

2. Complete the appropriate registration form and pay your deposit by May 21st.

This is the only way we will collect vital information to participate in our program. 

Registration is mandatory for all types of participation for 2025-2026.

Wheeler Band Spring Marching Festival + SHOW REVEAL!

Next Saturday, May 10th, from 10-3, the Wheeler Band will be hosting our Spring Marching Festival!

This is a new event that we are putting together for all of our definite and prospective members of our 2025 Marching Band. If you have any interest in joining us for the upcoming season, we encourage you to join us for a day of games, pizza, and marching! You will get to meet all of the members that you will be marching with this Fall, learn from our newly announced leadership team, perform music that we will play in the grand stands next season, and at the end of the day get a sneak peak into our 2025 program! A pizza lunch will be provided.

We are also hosting a meeting from 1:45-3:00 for all parents and guardians of 2025 marching band students. Make plans to attend so that you can get all the information you will need in preparation for the marching season.

As always… Join us at Wheeler from 7:15-8:45 on Monday and Friday mornings to help sell Chick-Fil-A biscuits. Parent and student volunteers welcome! (Student volunteers will finish early so they can get to class on time.) This is an important fundraiser for the band, and we can’t do it without our volunteers!
