The Band had a great time representing Georgia Veterans in Waikiki Hawaii. A very special thanks to our guide and coordinator Kalili. As great as this experience was he made it richer and more vibrant. We performed at the USS Missouri, and during the ceremony before the parade. During the parade, the veterans and other participants were greeted and celebrated with all the love and admiration Oahu could give and they richly deserved.
The Polynesian center was great and the food was delicious. The tour of the island was beautiful and the students and chaperones made memories that will last forever.
