An Evening of Jazz with Jon Faddis

Alright! Let's get this thing going officially now!! The Wheeler Band Boosters are presenting "An Evening of Jazz, with Jon Faddis". That's right, WE'RE BACK! April 30th, 7:00pm at the Campbell HS Performing Arts Center! Scheduling snafus dictated we had to change the venue, but that's a mere formality. The 2022 District 12 Honor Jazz Ensemble, led by Mark Hoskins, along with some added "talent" will open the show. Mr. Fabbis will sit in on a couple of numbers, as well. The BIG SHOW will feature him with the Atlanta Latin Jazz Orchestra, led by the incomparable Rob Opitz! The repertoire will be the incredible music of the late jazz great Dizzy Gillespie, featuring classics like "Manteca", "Night in Tunisia", "Emanon" and more! Tickets are on sale now - click here to order. Seats are general admission at $30 each. Groups of 10 or more will receive tickets at a discount of $20 per person. This will be a FANTASTIC concert with one of the biggest stars in the jazz idiom, so don't miss out.
